Job Title: Dental RCM Manager
Experience Required: 5 to 9 Years
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO Only)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dental RCM Manager with strong expertise in managing end-to-end Dental Revenue Cycle Management operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Dental Billing, AR, Eligibility, Credentialing, Denial Management, and Team Handling. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Dental RCM operations including Eligibility Verification, Charge Posting, AR Calling, Payment Posting, Denial Management, and Credentialing
- Lead and manage a team of RCM executives, AR callers, and team leaders
- Monitor daily production, quality, and revenue performance metrics
- Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding AR and reduce aging buckets
- Develop strategies to improve collections and minimize denials
- Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and mentor team members
- Maintain strong coordination with clients and provide operational updates
- Prepare and present MIS reports and performance dashboards
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the RCM cycle
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 to 9 years of experience in End-to-End Dental RCM
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in team handling or managerial role
- Strong understanding of US Dental Insurance processes and AR workflows
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, and revenue targets
- Proficiency in Dental Practice Management Software and reporting tools
