Location: Noida Sector 62 (On-site)
Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 PA + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 2–4 Years (Minimum 2 Years Required)
Are you passionate about building relationships and driving business growth? We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing digital services team!
What You'll Do:
Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach & networking
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects
Maintain CRM and manage the sales pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For:
2–4 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Experience selling Website Development, Mobile Apps, AI Solutions, SEO, or Digital Marketing services (preferred)
Working knowledge of CRM tools
Target-driven, self-motivated attitude
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
