Job Title: Product Support Specialist (SaaS)
Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Support Executive with a background in SaaS-based platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving product-related issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of SaaS products, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and issues via calls, emails, and chat support
- Provide timely and effective resolution to product-related concerns
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to SaaS platforms and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with product and technical teams for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Identify recurring issues and suggest product or process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in product/customer support, preferably in SaaS-based platforms
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
- Technical aptitude to understand software-related issues
- Customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Training & Onboarding:
- The selected candidate will undergo an initial 30-day training period at the Delhi office before joining the Mumbai location.
