To be successful as a “Vice President - Project Manager, Planning & Execution APAC", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
- Technical: Extensive PM experience delivering complex business / technology change projects in an Investment Bank environment (particularly Markets) involving front to back, cross functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to distil information into key messages and present succinctly and confidently to a senior audience.
- Stakeholder management and mindset: Self-starter with ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional groups, ability to prioritize activities to deliver to tight deadlines and multi-task across a diverse book of work in a high-pressure environment..
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
- Markets (ideally Equities) business and product knowledge, with good understanding of front to back processes involved. Should be familiar with end to end product lifecycle and the functional teams responsible.
- Ability to act as business analyst and deep dive into specific domains -e.g. to support requirements gathering, establish new operating modes, design UAT usecases.
- Experience utilizing varied project methodologies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile).
This role is based out of Mumbai.
