Key Responsibilities
- Tandoori Cooking: Prepare and roast a variety of items such as tandoori chicken, kebabs, and fish, ensuring even cooking and the distinct smoky flavor unique to a tandoor.
- Baking: Make and bake traditional Indian breads like naan, roti, and kulcha.
- Marination: Prepare spice, herb, and yogurt marinades, and marinate meats and vegetables to achieve tender, flavorful results.
- Oven Maintenance: Light, manage, and maintain the clay or brick tandoor oven, regulating heat levels for optimal cooking conditions.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to food safety regulations, maintain a clean tandoor station, and properly handle kitchen equipment.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels of spices, meats, and other tandoori ingredients, and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
