This is a hybrid creative + operations role.
You will work closely with the team on:
- content shoots
- social media production
- reel execution
- file management
- content coordination
- behind-the-scenes support
- day-to-day agency workflow

Responsibilities
Shoot Support
- Assist during shoots and content production
- Help with lighting, props, setups, and equipment handling
- Record BTS and iPhone content when required
- Help creators/clients during shoots
- Maintain smooth on-set workflow
Content Operations
- Organize footage and upload backups
- Maintain proper folder structures and drive organization
- Export reels and content files
- Help track content calendars and deliverables
- Assist with content scheduling and posting
Social Media Support
- Upload drafts and reels
- Help with captions, thumbnails, and references
- Research trends, hooks, and reel formats
- Maintain basic posting schedules
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal team members for edits and approvals
- Help maintain timelines and deadlines
- Occasionally coordinate simple client requirements
Requirements
- Must have their own laptop
- Basic understanding of Instagram reels and social media content
- Comfortable using iPhone/phone camera for BTS and reels
- Good communication skills
- Organized and punctual
- Willingness to learn fast
- Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly
Preferred (Bonus)
- Basic knowledge of CapCut/Premiere Pro
- Interest in photography/videography
- Previous experience with content creation or social media
- Understanding of trends and short-form content
Work Environment
- Hybrid role (shoots + remote coordination depending on workload)
- Shoot days at client locations/studios/offices

Salary
₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month(Based on skill, reliability, and experience)
