Salary
- In-Hand Salary: ₹20,100 per month
- Night Shift Allowance (NSA): ₹3,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 to ₹7,000 per month (applicable after successful completion of 3 months, based on performance)
Job Summary
We are looking for Customer Care Executives for our Inbound US Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and identifying suitable opportunities to recommend additional products or services while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements through active listening and effective communication.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and offers.
- Recommend relevant products or services whenever appropriate.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in an International Voice Process, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational US shifts, including weekends and holidays.
