About the Role
We're a fast-growing Mumbai-based logistics company handling ecommerce fulfilment, hyperlocal deliveries, and same-day operations for top platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, and Flipkart. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to own enterprise sales and take our growth to the next level.
What You'll Do
- Hunt and close enterprise ecommerce and retail brand accounts
- Lead pricing negotiations, SLAs, and contract closures end-to-end
- Build and grow strategic partnerships and referral networks
- Mentor and guide the sales team with regular performance reviews
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in logistics, SaaS, or supply chain sales
- Proven track record in enterprise-level client hunting and closures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Mumbai-based or willing to relocate
