Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and experienced professional for the role of Senior Circle Head - Elite Vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales leaders, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement in the elite segment of our business. The role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that service and product offerings meet the clients' needs while fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales leaders to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth within the elite vertical.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for advancement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management within the insurance or financial services sector.
