Position: Store Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Delivering an excellent customer service experience on a consistent basis.
- Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process.
- Execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by management, driving business growth and market expansion.
- Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life.
- Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans.
- Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently.
- Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Managing e-commerce order fulfillment. Including but not limited to overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Around 1-5 years in Retail Sales (Experience range is flexible for right candidate).
- Excellent customer handling and communication.
- Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement.
