Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities

Project Planning - Prepare the Pre Construction Plan (PCP) for all regional projects and submit them for validation by the HO Planner. Develop baseline schedules with required resources & monthly cashflow for all regional projects and submit them for validation by the HO Planner. Participate in project kick-off meetings, explaining project timelines, update processes, and report expectations to contractors for regional projects. Develop cost curves for regional projects and submit them for validation by the HO Planner.
Project Monitoring - Conduct weekly review meetings with the project team to monitor progress and report on the same regularly. Note down the actionables and track for closure in co-ordination with relevant stakeholders. Participate in monthly reviews conducted by HO and provide project progress updates. Regularly visit project sites for the assigned region to assess progress and ensure adherence to the plan. Create and consolidate various daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports based on inputs and submit to HO. Highlight deviations to all relevant stakeholders on project progress so that suitable action is taken. Follow up for closure for all finalised action items. Upload consolidated MIS reports in the Darpan portal for the assigned region.
Risk Management & Compliance - Identify potential risks during the planning phase and develop mitigation strategies in consultation with HO Planner / Region Head. Monitor ongoing projects for emerging risks and address them promptly to avoid delays or budget overruns for the assigned region. Ensure compliance to SOP for the function.

Continuous Improvements - Stay updated with the latest trends in project management and planning. Continuously assess the existing planning processes within the region, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement effective solutions
