We’re hiring an ERP Implementation Executive to join our team in Coimbatore!
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 2–3 Years
Role: ERP Implementation Executive
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client business requirements and processes
Gather and document ERP implementation requirements
Configure ERP modules based on client requirements
Coordinate with clients during implementation and testing
Conduct user training and product demonstrations
Support data migration and data validation
Coordinate UAT and resolve implementation-related issues
Assist with ERP go-live and post-implementation support
Prepare implementation and user documentation
Coordinate with internal technical and development teams
Required Skills:
2–3 years of experience in ERP implementation or a related role
Good understanding of business processes and ERP systems
Experience with ERP modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, HR, or Manufacturing
Good requirement-gathering and analytical skills
Strong client communication and coordination skills
Experience in ERP configuration and implementation support
Knowledge of data migration and UAT/testing
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good presentation and user-training skills
Knowledge of ERPNext, Zoho, Microsoft Products or similar ERP platforms is an advantage
SQL, API/integration, or basic programming knowledge is an added advantage
