Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Management Executive cum Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our digital presence across multiple social media platforms while supporting our ecommerce operations.
This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, content creation, Canva, AI tools, digital marketing, and is excited to grow with a startup from the ground up.
This is not just another social media job. You'll be responsible for building our online brand, increasing engagement, driving website traffic, and supporting order management activities whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage daily activities across:
- Instagram
- Pinterest
- Facebook
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
Responsibilities include:
- Create engaging reels
- Design attractive posts
- Create Pinterest Pins
- Schedule content
- Daily Story updates
- Community management
- Reply to comments and DMs
- Build followers organically
- Maintain content calendar
- Monitor social media trends
2. Digital Marketing
- Content marketing
- SEO-friendly captions
- Hashtag research
- Keyword research
- Pinterest SEO
- Trend research
- Competitor analysis
- Performance reporting
- Social media analytics
- Campaign planning
3. AI-Assisted Marketing
Use modern AI tools including:
- ChatGPT
- Canva AI
- Google Trends
- Pinterest Trends
- Later
- Buffer
- Shopify
- MidJourney (optional)
- DALL·E (optional)
No expert knowledge is required.
We will provide training if you have the right attitude.
4. Ecommerce Operations
Support daily ecommerce activities such as:
- Shopify order management
- Order tracking
- Updating order status
- Coordinating with production team
- Customer communication
- Maintaining order records

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
