About the Role
Denzour Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter / HR Executive to support the organization's hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment data management. Candidates from Manufacturing, FMCG, Beverage, or Recruitment Consultancy backgrounds will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities (KRA's)
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and levels.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Interview Coordination
- Manage interview schedules and candidate communication.
- Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain interview feedback and hiring status records.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Compile recruitment data into Excel sheets and MIS reports.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Maintain records of open positions, interviews, and closures.
HR Operations Support
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate document collection and employee records.
- Support HR team in administrative and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Good command over MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry, FMCG, Beverage Industry, or Recruitment Consultancy.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.
