Job Overview:
Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to join its backend operations team at the Indian office in Malappuram. The role involves supporting pricing activities, rate coordination, and ensuring accurate and competitive quotations for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage freight quotations and pricing requests
- Coordinate with overseas branches and agents for updated rates
- Maintain and update pricing databases and records
- Support sales and operations teams with accurate cost information
- Analyze market rates and assist in competitive pricing strategies
- Ensure timely response to pricing inquiries and RFQs
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing or freight forwarding/logistics coordination
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in shipping/logistics industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced backend environment
