Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop engaging content and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for design, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop and create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (text, images, videos, reels, infographics, etc.).
- Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, website, and email marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members for content production.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages.
- Implement social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations to increase brand awareness.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly.
Brand Engagement & Growth:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, industry news, and competitor strategies.
- Engage with the online community, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Develop innovative ideas to boost audience engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Suite) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights for content optimization.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital storytelling
