Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager who enjoys solving problems, managing people, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple hospitality properties.
This is not a desk job. The role involves property visits, team supervision, guest experience management, and operational problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across assigned properties
- Conduct housekeeping and maintenance inspections
- Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Resolve guest complaints and operational issues
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline
- Conduct regular property audits
- Maintain operational reports and photo documentation
- Coordinate with reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Ensure SOP compliance across properties
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, QSR, retail operations, serviced apartments, or related fields
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Comfortable handling pressure and solving problems independently
- Willing to travel between properties when required
- Ambitious and interested in long-term growth opportunities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
