Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, ensuring that the services provided to clients are of the highest quality. Your role will also include engaging in agile practices to adapt to changing requirements and deliver value efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft ASP.NET, C# Programming Language, .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft ASP.NET, C# Programming Language, .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
