Job Description:

Handling the entire sales cycle from start to closure of the case (ERP, CRM, BI, BPM, HPM, CMS, workflow and e-Forms products)

Prepare self-action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Creation of new key accounts.

Understanding the market potential.

Understanding clients processes and position product correctly

Should take the initiative and create opportunities to drive more business from the clients

Readily articulate a comprehensive understanding of solutions/services offerings to a client’s critical business issues

Creating and maintaining Database of prospective clients

Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.

Managing and maintaining a relationship with key MNC and Government customers
-
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
