Job Title: Real Estate Sales Person
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, networking, and site visits.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
- Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and developers whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before and after the sale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
