Responsibilities:-
- Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office
- Handle office supplies, inventory management, and procurement activities
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other services
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems (physical & digital)
- Oversee facility management including repairs, maintenance, and utilities
- Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees
- Support HR and other departments with administrative requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Monitor office expenses and prepare basic MIS reports
- Handle front office responsibilities when required
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setup
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic MIS reporting
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
- Experience in manufacturing/EV industry will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Noida
