Key Responsibilities
Core Roles and Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process from understanding technical requirements to candidate onboarding.
W2-Specific Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates who are eligible for direct hiring on TCSs payroll, which involves validating work authorizations such as US Citizenship, Green Card, H1B, L1/L2, and OPT/CPT.
Technical Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate technical skills (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps), communication abilities, and cultural fit.
Strategic Sourcing: Use job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter along with Boolean search strings to find niche talent.
Rate Negotiation: Discuss and negotiate hourly pay rates or annual salaries, benefits, and employment terms while ensuring they align with client budgets and company margins.
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with US-based Account Managers and delivery teams to prioritize urgent hiring needs and provide high-quality candidate shortlists.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment practices follow US labor laws and company policies. Maintain real-time updates in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like TCS iON.
Key Skills Required
Tax Term Knowledge: Deep understanding of W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099 tax structures.
Visa Awareness: Familiarity with US immigration processes and various work permits.
Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills for interacting with international candidates.
Analytical Ability: Quickly assess resumes to identify red flags or gaps in experience.
Recruitment Platforms Used: External Portals: Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
