About the Role
We are looking for a Consumable Sales & Channel Manager to drive sales growth of Mediclus, Vatech India's dental consumables brand, across both offline and online channels. The role involves managing dealer networks, clinic-direct sales, Dentganga platform sales, and supporting future integration of Mediclus ordering within the Vatech One App.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Mediclus sales through direct clinic visits and dealer networks.
- Manage and expand relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Improve reorder cycles and conduct dealer training programs.
- Support sales generation through exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Manage Mediclus product listings and promotions on Dentganga and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor online product performance, customer feedback, and reviews.
- Support product launches, SKU planning, and brand-building initiatives.
- Act as the business owner for future Mediclus integration into the Vatech One App.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of total experience.
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in dental or medical consumables.
- Strong knowledge of dental consumables and clinical products.
- Experience in dealer management and clinic-direct sales.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce channels or online marketplaces.
- Experience in product launches, brand development, or promotional campaigns.
Preferred
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
- Exposure to catalogue management and SKU planning.
- Experience working with large dealer networks.
- Familiarity with app-based sales or customer engagement initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
