Senior Graphic Designer & Trainer
Who You Are
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, branding, visual storytelling, and motion graphics.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution.
- Good communicator with training or mentoring experience.
- Comfortable using AI tools and modern creative workflows.
- Passionate about both teaching and designing.
What You’ll Do
Training
- Conduct Graphic Design and Motion Graphics training sessions.
- Teach design principles, tools, workflows, and practical application.
- Mentor students on projects, portfolios, and career readiness.
- Track student progress and learning outcomes.
- Improve curriculum, assignments, and learning resources.
- Review student work and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Design & Creative Work
- Create branding materials, social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Work on motion graphics, short videos, and other visual content.
- Develop visual concepts for multiple in-house brands.
- Contribute fresh ideas for social media, campaigns, educational content, and brand communication.
- Help improve design processes, quality standards, and creative workflows.
