Position Overview
Infisol Energy is looking for a driven and technically sound Project Engineer to lead transmission line projects
across Maharashtra. You will own end-to-end project delivery, from planning through commissioning, while
ensuring safety, quality, and cost discipline at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute transmission line projects from inception to commissioning
- Review engineering designs and drawings; ensure compliance with CEIG, MSEDCL, and relevant IS/IEC
standards
- Provide day-to-day technical guidance to site teams; resolve design and construction issues on the ground
- Implement quality control procedures and conduct periodic site audits
- Develop and track project budgets; flag cost variances and drive corrective action
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, government bodies, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution
- Ensure all works comply with applicable statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Identify project risks early; prepare and execute mitigation plans
- Submit regular project status reports covering progress, financials, and open issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E. in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in transmission line design, construction, and project management
- Working knowledge of engineering tools such as AutoCAD and PLS-CADD
- Solid understanding of MSEDCL/STU grid codes and EHV line construction practices
- Strong project management, coordination, and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across Maharashtra
Working Conditions
- Office-based coordination with regular field visits to project sites across the state.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
