Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Branch Executive with prior experience in the NBFC, Banking, Gold Loan, Microfinance, or Financial Services sector. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day branch operations, customer service, loan processing, documentation, collections, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support daily branch operations efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide information regarding loan and financial products.
- Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, verification, and disbursement procedures.
- Ensure proper maintenance of customer records and branch documentation.
- Support branch-level sales and business development activities.
- Generate leads and contribute towards achieving branch business targets.
- Follow up with customers regarding repayments, renewals, and collections.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and internal processes.
- Coordinate with Branch Manager and other departments for smooth branch functioning.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and submit required operational reports.
- Handle cash-related and branch administrative activities wherever applicable.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an NBFC, Bank, Gold Loan company, Microfinance institution, or similar financial services organisation.
- Good understanding of loan products, customer servicing, documentation, and collections.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of the Chennai market will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can communicate in Tamil and English are preferred.
Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma holder with relevant NBFC or financial services experience.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in Gold Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Microfinance, Vehicle Finance, or other retail lending products will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
