Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tendering process:
Tender analysis, Synopsis preparation, Preparing technical & commercial bid documents, , BOQ analysis, Using GeM & Govt portals, Bidding, EMD tracking & refunds, compliance, document preparation etc.
- Project Coordination & Execution Planning:
Procurement planning, Tracking timeline, Reporting, Vendor sourcing, managing Purchase Order, Facilitate Manufacturer - Client Approvals, Vendor coordination, Delivery followups, internal coordination etc.

Qualification & Requirements:
- BE / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
