Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Amazon Account Manager to manage end-to-end seller accounts on Amazon Seller Central. You will be responsible for account health, listings, shipments, client communication, and driving sales growth for assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Amazon Seller Central accounts on a daily basis
- Maintain account health — ODR, late shipment rate, cancellation rate, policy compliance
- Handle listing creation, optimization, and catalogue management including content, images, and keywords
- Manage shipments — self-ship, Easy Ship, and FBA coordination
- Guide sellers on inventory planning, stock maintenance, and replenishment strategies
- Identify growth opportunities — deals, promotions, pricing strategies, and Buy Box optimization
- Handle case management and communication with Amazon Seller Support
- Coordinate with clients regularly, provide performance updates and actionable insights
- Work towards achieving sales targets for assigned accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Amazon account management
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central — all key modules
- Understanding of account health metrics and how to resolve issues
- Hands-on experience with listing, cataloguing, and content optimization
- Knowledge of FBA, Easy Ship, and self-ship logistics
- Client-facing communication skills — clear, professional, and proactive
- Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure
- Immediate joiners strongly preferred
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (in hand)
