Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing team at Mush. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, visual storytelling, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging creatives and producing high-quality videos that strengthen our brand identity, enhance customer engagement, and drive marketing performance across digital platforms. Prior experience with a D2C fashion or e-commerce brand will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual creatives for social media, website banners, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Create engaging graphics, promotional assets, and campaign creatives aligned with the brand's visual identity.
- Edit reels, product videos, campaign videos, behind-the-scenes content, and other short- and long-form video content for digital platforms.
- Develop high-converting creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns, product launches, and seasonal collections.
- Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics, typography, color palette, and overall visual communication across all channels.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, fashion trends, video editing techniques, and social media content formats.
- Optimize creatives for various digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage multiple design and editing projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize and maintain creative assets, project files, and brand templates for efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Experience with a D2C fashion or e-commerce brand is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and other relevant creative software.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
- Excellent video editing skills with experience creating engaging short-form and promotional content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and animation techniques.
- Ability to create performance-driven creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion photography or creative direction is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of UI design, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and content generation platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, paid advertising creatives, and content optimization.

Portfolio Requirement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
