About Us:
Nabh Chhor is a Hisar-based local newspaper delivering news and updates relevant to the local community. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for energetic field executives to grow our readership and advertising base in Hisar and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit local shops, businesses, and offices in Hisar to promote the newspaper and generate advertisement leads
Build and maintain relationships with local advertisers, shopkeepers, and businesses
Identify new advertising and subscription opportunities in assigned areas
Distribute promotional materials and sample copies of the newspaper
Carry out door-to-door / business-to-business marketing
Achieve monthly marketing and advertisement targets
Collect feedback from readers and advertisers
Report daily/weekly field activity to the marketing manager
Requirements:
Graduate preferred
Experience in marketing or same field will be preferred; freshers can also apply
Good communication skills in Hindi/Haryanvi (basic English is a plus)
Familiarity with Hisar local area and willingness to travel within the city
Own two-wheeler preferred
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Salary & Benefits:
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience/performance)
Incentives on target achievement
Travel allowance (if applicable)
