Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to support our store operations and assist customers with their shopping needs. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose suitable products. The candidate should be polite, energetic, and willing to work in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their product requirements
- Assist customers with product selection and fitting
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness and product display in the store
- Handle billing and payment processes when required
- Follow store policies and daily work schedules
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two / Any Degree
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends
- Interest in sales and retail field
Salary: 12-15K
