We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses based on their career goals and educational background. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, admissions, follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding available courses, career opportunities, and learning paths.
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate course information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Maintain student records and admission-related documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Assist students with course selection, scheduling, and fee-related queries.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple student inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, Admission Counseling, or Customer Service preferred.
