Position: Marketing Manager / Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities independently (no leads will be provided by the company)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients
- Identify potential markets and expand customer base in assigned states
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Bangalore office
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
- Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales/marketing (preferably in manufacturing or seating industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively
- Good knowledge of local markets in Karnataka
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting, emails)
- Two-wheeler / valid driving license preferred
