Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom/store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, leading the store team, ensuring an excellent customer experience, maintaining inventory, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and showroom operations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales and support team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting interior and exterior products and solutions.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stock loss.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Retail Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, showroom, or store management.
- Experience in the interior design, furniture, building materials, home décor, or construction industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and billing/POS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
