About the Role
Earth Adventure is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career architects who are passionate about architecture, interior design, and themed environments. You will work closely with senior architects and project teams to transform concepts into practical, high-quality designs while gaining valuable experience in design development, technical documentation, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
- Assist in concept planning, space planning, design development, and detailing.
- Create presentation boards, material palettes, mood boards, and design documentation for client presentations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits, take site measurements, monitor project progress, and prepare site reports.
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Support site execution by resolving design-related issues and coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Maintain project records, revisions, and drawing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
- Freshers with a strong academic background and an impressive portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant design software will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and building materials.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within deadlines.
