Key Responsibilities
- Manage key modern trade accounts such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate product listings, shelf space, promotions, and visibility programs.
- Ensure optimum stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with supply chain, merchandising, and marketing teams for smooth execution.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve customer and retailer issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and store managers.
- Execute new product launches in assigned accounts.
- Having a negotiation skills, listing and discount knowledge.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
