We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Creator to develop engaging content across digital platforms that grows our brand's audience and drives engagement primarily on Instagram. You'll work closely with marketing, design, and social teams to bring ideas to life through writing, video, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and produce original content for social media, blogs, email, and/or video platforms
- Develop content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience interests to inform content strategy
- Edit and repurpose content across formats (short-form video, long-form articles, graphics, etc.)
- Monitor content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and emerging content trends
- Manage content production timelines and coordinate with freelancers or vendors as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO and content performance analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video editing and short-form video production
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
- Basic photography or videography skills
- A strong personal portfolio or online presence demonstrating content work
