AI Tech Digi is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Generate quality leads and improve campaign performance
- Monitor campaign budgets and daily ad performance
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPL, and ROI
- Create performance reports and analyze campaign data
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and landing pages
- Perform A/B testing for better campaign results
- Track conversions using Google Analytics and Meta tools
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of audience targeting and remarketing
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Agency experience will be an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Google Ads or Meta certifications preferred
- Experience in handling performance marketing campaigns
