Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our newly established Pune branch. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right online degree program.
Unlike many high-pressure sales environments, we believe in maintaining a positive and supportive work culture where employees can perform effectively without unnecessary stress. The monthly target is intentionally kept realistic and achievable to ensure quality counseling and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads provided by the company.
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding online degree programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, scholarships, and admission processes.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through professional counseling.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and generate referrals.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment processing.
- Participate in product and university training sessions.
Performance Expectations
- Monthly Admission Target: 5 Admissions Only
- Focus on quality counseling rather than aggressive sales.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and student engagement.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and reporting.
Desired Skills

- Strong listening and counseling abilities.
- Basic objection handling and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Team player with a student-first approach.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Candidates with experience in EdTech, Education Counseling, Telecalling, BPO, Customer Service, or Sales will be preferred.
- Good spoken English, Hindi, and regional language skills will be an advantage.
