Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Sector 135 Noida
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate business opportunities, build customer relationships, and support sales growth through telephonic and online communication. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, qualifying prospects, promoting company products/services, and converting enquiries into sales opportunities.

- Contact potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team, wherever required.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert enquiries into sales.
- Update customer information, sales activities, and follow-up status in CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Target Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales revenue target
- Acquire new customers per quarter
- Maintain a sales conversion rate
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience: Experience in inside sales and of manufacturing or a related field.
3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Software Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
