Seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to drive lead generation, property sales, and client acquisition. The role involves handling residential/commercial properties, conducting site visits, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify real estate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property investments
- Manage sales pipeline, CRM updates, and follow-ups
- Negotiate and close high-value property deals
