We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Technical Designer to lead fabric development, technical design execution and product innovation for home furnishing and textile products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and product development activities.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling and production teams.
- Develop technically feasible and market-oriented fabric concepts.
- Handle buyer requirements, approvals and technical coordination.
- Ensure smooth execution from development to production.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in textile/fabric technical design.
- Strong knowledge of weaving, yarns, processing and product development.
- Leadership and team handling experience.
- Good understanding of home furnishing/textile industry.
