Job Description
We are seeking a
Senior Product Manager - Motor Insurance to build and scale a global motor insurance product from the ground up (0 to 1). This role will own the complete product lifecycle—from understanding regulatory requirements and designing customer-centric insurance products to driving go-to-market execution, operational enablement, and continuous product optimization.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the motor insurance domain, strong product management capabilities, and a proven ability to collaborate across business, technology, operations, legal, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Motor Insurance (Own Damage & Third-Party) from concept to scale. Design, build, and launch core motor insurance journeys, including: Quote & Underwriting Policy Issuance & Endorsements Claims Management (FNOL, Surveyor Workflow, Approvals & Payouts) Renewals Cancellations Customer Servicing Translate global regulatory and compliance requirements into scalable, compliant product workflows. Define Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), business workflows, control points, SLAs, and TAT benchmarks across all motor insurance processes. Drive end-to-end
0-to-1 product execution, including MVP definition, phased rollouts, experimentation, and iterative product enhancements. Partner closely with Engineering to build secure, scalable, and auditable product platforms. Continuously improve the product by leveraging customer feedback, operational insights, and data-driven decision-making.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
5-7 years of Product Management experience, with
mandatory experience in Motor Insurance. Strong hands-on expertise in: Motor Insurance (Own Damage & Third-Party) Claims Management Surveyor Processes Underwriting Proven experience building
0-to-1 products, including new business lines, platforms, or greenfield products. Strong ability to create detailed PRDs, process flows, and decision frameworks. Solid understanding of insurance operations, underwriting logic, and the complete claims lifecycle. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Compliance. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics for product decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or an equivalent Management degree. Bachelor//'s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Preferred Certifications
Product Management Certifications (Pragmatic, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scrum Product Owner, or equivalent). Insurance regulatory or compliance certifications/training will be an added advantage.
