About the Role This role requires a seasoned DevOps professional to leverage their expertise in cloud engineering, CI/CD, and automation to drive infrastructure management and application deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of DevOps principles and experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to design, implement, and maintain secure, efficient, and scalable infrastructure and pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using various tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
- Build and maintain secure infrastructure using Terraform.
- Develop and deploy containerized microservices using Kubernetes and Helm.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
- Automate manual processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
- Ensure compliance with security and networking best practices in cloud environments.
- Manage and maintain cloud resources such as EC2, RDS, S3, ECR, IAM, and VPC.
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain cloud-native environments with a strong understanding of PostgreSQL and Oracle DB integrations.
- Have 7+ years of hands-on DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience.
- Possess a good conceptual understanding of DevOps principles, including CI/CD, GitOps, IaC, automation, observability, and SRE best practices.
- Have strong experience with AWS, especially EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, ECR, IAM, VPC, networking, and security.
- Have strong expertise in Terraform for creating/maintaining secure infrastructure.
- Have hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Have a deep understanding of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized microservices.
- Have strong troubleshooting, automation, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Have experience with deploying operators for tools like Kafka on Kubernetes.
- Have good working and conceptual knowledge of PostgreSQL and Oracle DB integrations in cloud-native environments.
- Have hands-on experience with Azure (AKS, ACR, Azure DevOps).
