Roles & Responsibilities
- Guide and counsel students in selecting the right professional courses based on their career aspirations.
- Drive revenue through consultative selling, warm calling, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to admission closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targets consistently.
- Build strong rapport with students, parents, and working professionals to provide an excellent counseling experience.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely fee collection and documentation.
- Act as a senior individual contributor by mentoring new team members and sharing best sales practices whenever required.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales / EdTech sales / consultative sales.
- Proven track record of achieving high sales targets consistently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to influence and guide peers while being an individual contributor.
- High ownership, energy, and problem-solving attitude.
