- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience in designing and developing integration solutions using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity and experience in building reusable APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with application deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning within the Mulesoft ecosystem.
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
