Aarogya Multispeciality Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and handling patient samples while ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality in laboratory procedures.
Position
Lab Technician (DMLT / BMLT)
Key Responsibilities
- Collection of blood samples from OPD and IPD patients
- Sample labeling, handling, and transportation as per laboratory protocols
- Assisting in routine laboratory investigations and diagnostic procedures
- Maintaining patient records and test documentation
- Ensuring proper sterilization and infection control practices
- Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff for timely sample collection
- Managing laboratory inventory and consumables
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and reporting any technical issues
Eligibility Criteria
- DMLT / BMLT from a recognized institution
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Knowledge of phlebotomy and sample collection procedures
- Familiarity with laboratory safety standards and protocols
- Good communication and patient-handling skills

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
