Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4–7 Years
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Preference: Candidates with Real Estate/Construction + Bulk/Sales hiring experience and immediate/short-notice joiners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references & consultants.
- Handle bulk/Sales, mid & senior-level hiring.
- Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiation and offer closure.
- Manage multiple positions and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers & hiring metrics.
- Build talent pipelines and support onboarding.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
- Real Estate/Construction hiring experience preferred.
- Experience in Sales, Projects, Construction, Legal, Accounts, Marketing or Corporate hiring is an advantage.
- Vendor/consultant management experience preferred.
