Sark Industries is looking for "*_Quality -Manager", who must be having an exposure of handling the following roles.
who must be having an exposure of handling the following roles.
1-Handle day-to-day quality issues in production, IQC, and PDI with quick containment and resolution.
2-Supervise and guide the quality team (inspectors & supervisors) for smooth daily operations.
3-Conduct Red Bin / rejection analysis meetings and drive root cause analysis with 5 Why & Fishbone.
4-Prepare ISIR and complete PPAP documentation for all new product developments.
5-Lead customer complaint investigations and prepare 8D/Why-Why reports with timely closures.
6-Support internal and customer audits with required documents, records, and corrective actions.
7-Analyze quality data (PPM, rejection trends, CAPA effectiveness) and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
8-Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizens, Poka Yoke, and 5S in quality processes.
Key Competencies Required:-
Technical Competence
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP).
- Understanding of drawing reading, measurement techniques, and gauges.
- Good knowledge of plastics manufacturing (injection molding) and defect analysis.
- Hands-on experience in ISIR, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan & Process Flow preparation
- 2. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
- Ability to perform structured problem-solving with data-driven decisions.3. Communication & Customer Handling
- Strong in root cause identification and practical CAPA implementation.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.
- Ability to maintain QMS documents and audit readines
