Vishram International Services looking for a Receptionist for Branch office in anand-gujarat for work from the office. individual will perform following tasks along with any and all related to the office operation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet walking guest, maintain daily logs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner through phone, email, and chat.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including tracking customer interactions and feedback.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and make recommendations to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and concerns.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to stay current with product knowledge and customer care practices.
- Meet or exceed customer care performance goals, including response time, first contact resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and collaborating on customer care initiatives.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of customer care practices and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
